This has been a fiasco
"Ordered the gold skinny elastic holder Nov. 10. After I learned quickly that they were back ordered I asked if I could change my order to silver. Was told OK. Next thing I know I got the wrong item sent to me over Thanksgiving. Had to send pictures proving it was the wrong item. Had to wait for return postage form to mail it back. Just got an email this morning saying correct item was shipped...1st class mail from NY to California. This will never get here by Christmas. Ordered way far in advance. This is a major disappointment and the company has been terrible at responding and follow up."
