"I ordered a radio control panel and one year warranty for my truck October 12th, and when the part arrived, I realized that it did not include the information display screen that is shown on the website. I filled out an exchange form and received an email from Guadalupe on Nov.6 asking if I want and exchange or just a return? My exact reply was "I want to exchange the radio control panel I ordered for the $53 information display screen and keep the one year warranty I purchased." I received another email two days later asking What the SKU number is for the part that I want? I replied with the number and an image of the part. As of today, Nov.25th, I have yet to hear back from them or receive the information display screen with a credit for the difference of the $116.79 that I spent. That is just bad customer service, deception, and laziness all rolled up in one."
