Complete BS
"I went to Sam's Club 3 weeks ago and found that they were sold out of the Splash Mats in store. I went online and they were still available. I ordered one and it said it would get to me in a week on the day that I needed it for our vacation. We never got it. It said the order went through, but had never shipped. Last Sunday I called to figure out where it was, and the customer service guy said that he couldn't say what happened, but that it wasn't my fault and that someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. No one did. I called back and got ahold of another representative after waiting this all out, and the representative said the same thing, but this time he said they would call me back within 24-36 hours (except now it is the weekend again so maybe Monday). This is complete crap that it has been now almost 3 weeks and I have no idea where the mat is, if I'll ever get it, and the whole reason for getting it is now over with. Add that on top of misguiding representatives who don't ever get back to me, this is complete BS! Lesson learned- DO NOT buy ANYTHING from them online."
