"Four weeks after I ordered ski boots on snowinn.com that were listed as in-stock, they had not yet been received by their distribution center. The shipment dates changed once to a later date, and then to indefinitely. Their was more "A" than "I" in their customer service replies. Upon that communication failure, and after reading some of these horrifying reviews, I took a leap of faith and cancelled the order on their website. I'm relieved that my credit card was refunded within 3 business days. I ended up ordering boots on evo.com. They were shipped the next day and are arriving Friday. I don't necessarily believe this business is a rip-off by intent. But their business model needs remediation."
