"Ordered some servo motors from Hobbyking. They were extremely inexpensive. Since they were shipped from Asia they took the usual month to deliver. They did not mention this in the emails but once I had the invoice it was clear. The motors look to be of good quality and work so far in my limited testing. These guys have really great deals and that is because they come directly from Asia. So it is worth the wait"

"See below for the sorry history of this order. I placed an order with these folks. They call me and say that that it is no longer available at this price but they would honer the price only I would have to pay an additional $41 if I wanted the tire and tube that was supposed to be included. Then when they finally were ready to ship the hub motor they said they mistakenly put the tire and tube on it and would let me have it for only $25 more. I said no thanks. So I get the motor finally but it is poorly packed. The motor was very heavy and was only packed in a single wall box with popcorn. The shaft of the motor had nearly burst through the packing. The shaft was positively jammed and would not rotate. I disassembled the motor and found the shaft was in fact straight and true and it turned out that the rotor had crud on it that was preventing the rotation. After cleaning the crud and running it in I was able to get it to work. This is not my idea of service and I do not like to deal with people who are constantly trying to change the deal. the motor itself with rim for the price listed. Please let us know this is
acceptable before we ship your order. The tire size required is still
3.00-10 and can be ordered separately. The price has also increased $24,
but we will honor the price you have paid if you wish to continue with your

Ken,
We finally got our parts shipment with your Hub Motor and were about to ship
it when we noticed that they had already installed one of the 3.00-10 tires
and tubes that we also ordered. The 3.00-10 tire is normally $35 and tube
$6, plus shipping. They have been very hard for us to get. And
installation and removal on the rim must be done using special equipment
like at a motorcycle shop or tire center would have. If you need the tire
and tube we can leave them installed and ship as it is rather than remove
them, and we would only charge $25 more. We can send a paypal money request
for credit card payment if you want them. Let us know asap.
