"I ordered a product, they sent it to me but billed me 4 times. I called and emailed over 14 times but they ignored every attempt.( I even went out of my way to be nice even though I was extremely ticked off). They're website shows that my account was refunded but it never happened. It's about $100 they owe me. It's bad enough to owe a customer a refund for this long, but to ignore me?n Ludicrous. Stay away from Lubery.com and tell all your friends."
