"I've been a customer of OvernightPrints.com for several years, and since the past year, the service level has gone down.
They offer different upgraded shipping levels but don't honor it. They do take your money and provide an excuse that their production team has been a bit slow.
Their customer service "one" person show is terrible, and they offer no proper resolution and sound like a robot.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, don't give this company your business. There are plenty of printers that can print your item and ship quickly."
