Run far, far, FAR away from glasses.com. DO NOT order glasses from this company
"The absolute worst experience that I have ever had when it comes to ordering anything, ever. Was sent the wrong prescription the first time, both lenses were supposed to be +2.5. Called in and then sent them back to be replaced. Second pair, a DIFFERENT wrong prescription was sent, called in, sent those back, received a THIRD pair that was wrong again, this time with a lens prescription that was not even on the written prescription at all so I have no idea how that happened. Was told to return them but they no longer had the frame I wanted, so they told me to pick a different one. I asked if I they could just use the ones I had already received, once they got them back from me. No, they couldn't guarantee that so I chose a different frame. FORTH pair came in, FINALLY the correct prescription, they even were the frames I had originally ordered. Why did I have to choose a different frame if they could use the original one? Not only was getting the wrong prescription maddening, the constant emails asking for me to send in the written prescription, over and over and over and OVER again was beyond infuriating. My prescription had not changed from the first time I had ordered the glasses. Yet, I was asked to send it in so many times I finally wrote back and asked if this was a joke to them. I have over 55 emails between me and them. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with, but unfortunately I could not cancel the order as I had used vision insurance when I ordered them, but no longer had that insurance after the first wrong prescription. So I had to keep this same order and just get it fixed."
