Said they would charge $5, then charged me an additional $60
"I was told that I could get an answer to a legal question for $5. I agreed and paid it, gladly. Then, I get a call from my debit card fraud prevention department stating that they had charged the $5, and then charged me $60. I immediately cancelled my card, and contacted the company. I had not even been a "member" for 5 minutes and I told them that no where did I see that there would be a $60 membership charge and that I wanted the membership cancelled and the money refunded or released. They agreed after some argument, but when I got the email saying it was cancelled, no where was there anything about a refund. I then called their "Customer care" number where the young lady insisted that they didn't care about anything I said, I was going to be charged either way and they cancelled the membership. That means that they charged me a bulls*$t charge and then refused to refund me AND cancelled the so called membership that I didn't ask for. Terrible company, terrible customer service."
