"This was my first purchase from BYDUSA. I bought a charger+battery combo consisting of a V-868 charger with 8-AA and 8-AAA batteries. It arrived on Dec 23, which is fine with the holidays and all. The tracking number and confirmation arrived promptly in email.
I opened the box and looked inside. The charger is in a retail box. The batteries, 4-AA and 4-AAA, were in a sealed bag with a label reading:

4 PCs of AA 1800mAh, NiMH
4 Pcs of AAA 700mAh, NiMH

And there's where the problem comes in, there was only a single packet in the box. Only half the batteries arrived. I searched it by dumping the styrofoam peanuts in a bigger box and nothing heavy was left. No indication of a backorder or shortage. The box was well taped so I doubt they fell out in shipping.
In all fairness, I've just received it, just emailed them and they have not had a chance to respond. I will post the outcome upon further news or lack of.

Still no reply or contact from them. Looks like Customer Service is non-existant and I'm lowering my eval of this company to reflect that.

Finally reached someone and he knew of my concern and said that replacement batteries were already shipped. I received them today and my order is completed. I'm upping my eval to reflect that although the process could have been a bit smoother."
