"I just received my order from
pcalchemy, this was the second time I have ordered from them, and once again, I
could not be more happy. I received everything correct, and it was very nicely packaged and secure. I had the same experience with my past order as well, but this time, I got a friendly email from the "owner" or "head tech."
at pcalchemy as well. I had posted a comment about how great pcalchemy is with support and
customer service in a online forum and furthermore that I had ordered something that should arrive by the end of week. The next day when I checked my email, I had received an email from pcalchemy inquiring if I had purchased something that day. Because they had not placed an order for me on that day. I simply explained that I placed the order earlier during
week. Yet, I was amazed that they had checked to make sure, my order was completed and shipped from a forum posting. It is just goes to show how far pcalchemy will go to make sure everything is correct, and that they will not
forget you or your order.
