"Purchased a KVM switch and cables late in the evening Eastern Time and everything was shipped out the following day. Received an immediate email confirming my purchase and was able to track UPS’s delivery. It took one week for UPS ground to deliver it but one must consider weekend time and the fact it had to travel completely across the country. Once I got it, everything hooked up in minutes (I’m a computer novice) and is working great - I couldn’t be more pleased. Website was very user friendly and I was able to get what I wanted. Highly recommend."
