"Ordered an item that was time sensitive......was leaving town.....It came in late.....AND BROKEN......when I returned and contacted the company to return the item they said it was beyond the return date.
According to the shipping dates it took two weeks to arrive using UPS. USP disputes their claim.
What difference does that make? This is not a warranty issue...it came in broken!
If you need something in a reasonable time and don't want it delivered broken.....then buy it some place else."
