Returns sucked. 15% restocking fee for UNOPENED items, and if your order was less than $33 than the minimum of $5 is charged. And of course you have to pay shipping."

"They processed everything seemingly correctly but speed was rather slow. I placed order on 1/25, they got around to shipping it 1/28. I received the book 14 days later on 2/10, which is kinda funny since I live relatively close to New York and 14 days is the "maximum" shipment time for media mail.
The thing is if you look at their site they are something like a warehouse and dont handle retail.(you buy their books from other sites) So why can't they do their processing/shipping faster/better?"

"Excellent company. They had some great package deals on the maha 204 charger and maha Powerex batteries. My order was placed and shipped promptly and I even got seemingly an extra battery case!
There was a coupon with the order for 5% off the next order on the website so that was another plus.
I would definetly shop here again for more batteries or chargers"

"This is a review for Staples.com mostly, not the brick & mortar stores.
I ordered a clearance item, PNY Notebook memory and received it 2 days after online purchase. Very good shipping.
Besides that, I love the easyrebates, they seem to be the only store that is making strides to make the rebate process easier. I have made numerous purchases in the past and they always seem to have prompt, good shipping.
Out of all the office stores, Staples seems to be pushing the most towards online customers, with easy rebates and a lot of online clearance/sale items. I could honestly say that I would rather buy my electronics online at Staples than Best Buy or Circuit City.
I wish them nothing but the best right now because they're working good for me."
