Landmark-1021s in RED/BLACK combo
"I ordered these chairs in mid December knowing that they were on backorder. Roman kept me up to date on the status and I received them in February. Delivery was okay. The driver complained when I asked him if he could place the pallet close to my garage door but he did it which I appreciated. The boxes were in good shape and no signs of damage. I was able to unbox them myself but had to get help from a relative to move them down stairs to the media room. Assembly was easy and pretty straight forward. However, I did have a few questions which Roman answered for me. I want to note that Roman's response to my emails was typically within the hour even on weekends so great support from him. Again, I love how they look and everything works as advertised but I did get the 5 year protection plan just in case. I have watched a few movies from these chairs and they are very comfortable. I've only had them for a few weeks so can't speak to how they hold up long term but for now, everything is good, I would recommend these chairs for anyone looking for quality home theater seating"
