Returns are a HASSLE!
"If you are considering Essential Apparel, be forewarned the return service and policy are difficult. Today most companies (amazon, google, even their competitor DXL Men's Apparel) offer a no question return policy and include a pre-paid ground postage sticker. Not with Essential Apparel.... you are on your own and mandates a trip to the post office. We know what a joy that is. i find this disappointing and received no additional support when giving them a call. I would look else where to do you shopping. Will not use them again and advise my friends to do the same."
