"The KidKraft 17481 Deluxe Garage Playset that my wife and I bought for our son is a HUGE hit. It's one of his favorite toys and he shows it off to everyone that comes to the house - child or adult. The ordering process was very easy and the product arrived quickly and as advertised."

"DO NOT BUY FROM CRAYTON ELECTRONICS - SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND GARBAGE PRODUCTS. I ordered my phone prior to my wife's and my 1 year anniversary trip to Italy. Based on all I'd read, the unlocked Motorola V220 was going to work in Italy and all I'd need to do would be to buy a SIM card. We went to a VodaFone store in Venice and purchased a SIM card and installed it. When the phone asked me for some strange information I brought it back to VodaFone and asked them for help. I was told that the cell phone was actually NOT unlocked and therefore the phone was useless. My wife & I were able to communicate with our families in the US via email but god forbid we had an emergency and had to notify someone in the US.
I had emailed Crayton while in Venice advising them of the problem and that I would want a refund upon return to the US. They replied (a day later) effectively, that they would not refund the phone and would only offer an exchange. I advised that I had absolutely no use for another phone as I only needed a phone for the trip to Italy. I sent them 2 emails about this (because THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER to call)and they've not returned my last email.
This is a HORRIBLE company to work with/purchase from and good luck if something goes wrong. Buyer beware."
