"After 21 days, and four phone calls I still have not received my order! Order still says processing. Worse than that, of the phone calls I made two messages left on voice mail, and two I spoke with actual people, I never received a return call from internet sales representative.
Horrible customer service! This is the second order I have placed with your company, first go around was very similar to this but thought it was just an off day and wanted to give you a second chance."
