"I bought a WD Black Caviar 1 TB internal hard drive from chiefvalue because it was five dollars cheaper than its sister website and offered free shipping. Although it is still operating efficiently now, a little sound of mind is worth a little added expense in the packaging of all hard drives. Having expended so much money (while penny pinching), I will now no longer buy hdd from websites that don't package hard drives against shock like a retail product does. I think it is a little short-sighted to be able to sell so many hard drive, but not care about the thousands of send back hdd or the data lost because of pennies on the dollars. That's also money lost and irritation at your company for past aggravation. If you care about return customers, you will implement hdd packaging program."
