"I ordered some towel sets and sheets on Jan 17. I received a confirmation email saying that delivery would be on or before Jan 30. I felt that was a little slow but the price was good and I was in no rush so I was willing to wait. By Feb 5 I still had not received my items. When I checked my account on their website it still had a Jan 30 delivery date and no update on its status. I called Customer Service who was very polite but said they had to contact their warehouse to see what was going on and that I'd get an email back. It's now Feb 8 and still no email or update on status on their website. I do a majority of my shopping online and I've never had such poor service. DON'T BE LURED BY THEIR CHEAP PRICES. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!"
