Horrible service
"I ordered prior to Christmas and was given a delivery date prior to the 21st of December. On the 21st I received one of the packages out of 4 ordered. I spent about 2 hours on the phone trying to find when the other 3 would arrive. I was assured they would arrive the next day and that I would receive a phone call or email to give me tracking information. I received neither. On Monday the 24th I again starting making calls and was assured that they would arrive that day. It did not happen and again the call or email I was assured I would get did not happen. On the 26th I again started calling and told them that I no longer wanted the items, as they were Christmas gifts that I had to replace. I was told that it would be cancelled and my credit card would be credited in 3 to 5 days. This has never happened. On the 28th the package arrived and I now have a lot of meat and cheese boxes that I have no use for. Terrible customer service. I will not order from them again."
