SOLD A WRENCH THAT WAS IN STOCK, BUT ACTUALLY WASN’T

"Website indicated a specialty wrench I needed was in stock and ready to shipped. My Cc was charged immediately, but not shipment of the tool. When I inquired, was told ATW was waiting on shipment from the manufacturer. (Sunex) Sunex has been out of this particular wrench for some time, and didn’t anticipate it been available for another 8 weeks. I requested a refund, and ATW said it would process same….But the misleading advertising is the trouble, and the selling of an item that has been out of inventory at the manufacturer for some time, is troubling."
