"I placed an order on 5/7. My card was charged on 5/8. Today (5/16) having not received my battery, I called customer (dis)service, and was very flippantly told they will ship it out in a day or 2. Charging a credit card for an item not yet shipped is illegal, but when I questioned them about this, I got a "who cares" attitude from the phone drone. Was planning on buying at least 1-2 more batteries from them, won't happen now."

"Like the person below, I ordered the same drive from these clowns, and entered the comment in the comments box PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS to receive the advertised price. I got an email confirmation quickly, but the link to check order status leads to "This store no longer exists. No further information is available." Phone # is no good, it rings and then disconnects. Complete waste of time."

"I had a small problem with the web site finalizing my order, ended up duplicate orders. While I was composing an email to cancel one of them, ( about 10 minutes after orders were placed), PCSupply called me to let me know they had spotted the duplication, and were cancelling the extra order. I am VERY impressed with this type of service. I will definitely be checking with them for future purchases, and recommending them to anyone looking for good service and good prices."

"I ordered a scooter, and 2 sets of wheels. 1 week later, the scooter was delivered, but the wheels were not in the box, although they were listed as being shipped in the box. I called on the 5/23, the day it was delivered, and was promised they would go out immediately, and I would receive them by 5/30. When I did not receive them, I called back on 6/2, and was told the shipping department is now processing requests from 5/20, and will get to mine "soon".
I am very disappointed with the service from this company, and will definitely remember this when purchasing again."
