Very helpful website; great delivery tracking of order
"I was impressed with the number of helpful videos related to my product (a Eureka vacuum cleaner). Good price on the items in my order and fast delivery. I especially liked the very detailed and frequently updated order/delivery tracking system (http://track.firstmile.com) that was available to me. I was asked to write a review, but I was already going to email the company to compliment them about the things I mentioned in this review."

Happy with my order
"I spoke with a customer service rep about an item (6" LED retrofit for downlight canisters) I was considering. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. I ordered 8 of them. They were well priced, well packaged, arrived in a timely way, and have worked out exceedingly well. I'd buy from this company again."

"Before purchasing glasses online, I did a pretty thorough online investigation of the various sellers and followed up with calls to several of them. I chose 39DollarGlasses.com and have been happy with both the glasses and their service. I chose them because the lens material they offered was somewhat superior to that of the other companies (e.g., their polycarbonate lens was true polycarbonate with a 1.59 index, not a polycarbonate blend). I appreciated that attention to the fine points and the number of details you could specify when ordering. I also preferred their selection of frames. The prescription for one of my eyes has changed, and they are currently replacing that lens in a couple pairs of my glasses at a very reasonable price."
