"Jack's has been very good about getting me the information on items that needed to be ordered for my order. Some of the items are not available for several weeks. This information has been passed to me right along. For this they rank highly, once the order has been shipped that will really tell me how they rate. Only problem I have seen is one of the items requested was shown as available but is no longer available."
