"Bought an electric dryer from Ultimate Electronics. The sales staff was helpful. The dryer was to be delivered on that sunday. Saturday night at 9pm I recieved a call to confirm delivery on sunday for a gas dryer, I informed the person on the phone that we purchased an electric dryer, he said "no problem, we have that, we'll be there on sunday between 8-10am". Sunday morning at 8:30 am recieved a call from the delivery people that the dryer was not in the warehouse and would not be delivered. I'm 6 months pregnant and it's diffucult to haul laundry to a laundry mat. I also have a job that I cannot leave during the week. I'm incredibly disappointed with Ultimate Electronics and will NEVER purchase another thing from them again."
