Won't Accept Legit Returns
"I did a lot of research in trying to find a dress for my sisters wedding, I was impressed with the selection Hebeos offered. I ordered three dresses in total, one for the wedding and one for the rehearsal dinner. the third dress was because I ordered the wrong color in one of the dresses and thought I would just return the one I made a mistake on. My sister cancelled her wedding due to her fiancé being hospitalized in an accident and I obviously no longer need the dresses. The site says 14 day return no problems and instead I am being sent a two page list of hoops I have to jump through and a 15% restocking fee which is NOT mentioned on the site ANYWHERE. These dresses have not been worn! You have to then go through the hassle of dealing with DHL services and have to pay for international shipping which by the time your finished with this crazy journey you get maybe half your money back. Was NOT WORTH IT. If I had known I wouldn't have bought from this place."
