"The deluxe riser shower arm and shower head arrived promptly with good packing. When a customer service issue arose with the riser arm, I sent an E-mail to ****@****. After a week, I called their business number and left a message. I sent more E-mails....After five weeks, still no contact from a service representative.
An online search found a deluxe riser shower arm, only better, for $12 less. I ordered a new one from them. No issues this time.
Non-existant customer support, unless you count an automated E-mail as customer support."
