"I was after a pair of specific Filas for such a long time and finally found them on Dolls Kill. I ordered them but unfortunately there was a slight misunderstanding with the UK/US sizing. I emailed customer service and got a super quick and helpful response. The team went above and beyond with the mix up and resolved the issue within a day. I mean the store alone is amazing but 5* customer service makes it soooo much better. I highly recommend shopping here, great and unique items at great prices. I’ll certainly be shopping there again (waiting for payday…)"
