"BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 FTA receivers from this company. 2 worked great, 1 was DOA. Cost me extra money to ship it back. I have been nearly 6 weeks trying to get a replacement, still no replacement, just excuses. They have acknowledged the receiver is defective, say they have shipped it, however, the tracking number shows that it has not even shipped. Would rather have a refund now, but 15% restocking fee would apply for a problem that should have been taken care of by them. Sorry people, poor customer service to say the least. It would have been cheaper for me to buy elsewhere, next time that's what I will do."
