"I ordered two dresses from this website still havent received any of them or at least got an email with my conformation number when I tried to talk to someone I got online talked to one of the online chat the lady told me NOT TO worry , but as I was reading the policy it also said the minute I make my order I should receive an email which I DID NOT RECEIVE . when I tried to talk to someone & asked for a number where I can talk to someone she gave me a wrong number . so I got back online & the yilia lady told me NOT TO WORRY (AGAIN) AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND . SHE NEVER WROTE BACK , . I spent $301 on this website for a special occasion & no one is willing to talk to me . SO I dont understand what is going on"
