"Company is very shady. Beware. They do not answer the phone and they do not answer emails in a timely fashion. I ordered a motherboard on Friday March 15th 2002. The status of the order on Monday showed "ready to ship". This stayed on my status screen for about 3 days. They do not pick up the phone. They only answer emails when you threaten to cancel or threaten to contact the BBB or IN Attorney General's office. My first emailed response included a Fedex tracking number that was invalid. I verified this with Fedex customer service over the phone. Fedex recycles the tracking numbers and the previous user's information was still attached to that tracking number. THEY GAVE ME A FALSE NUMBER TO SHUT ME UP! I let them know that I was on to their game and threatened to contact the BBB and Attorney General's Office. After my BBB and Attorney General threat, they called my home. I wasn't home so they left a message. They stated that they couldn't find my name under that order number!?!?!? (And of course this means that can't search for any of my orders by my email address or name or even phone number!) To double check, I logged into the site again. The site showed a different order number than I originally had. I didn't make a mistake however...the URL in my browser showed the old order number. It seems to me that they changed the number to make me think I made a mistake! In fact, they failed to realize that the URL still shows the correct number! These guys are shady and I don't recommend doing business with them. I will be contacting the IN Attorney General's office and the BBB. This company cannot survive doing business this way."
