7 weeks and still no order - repeated failed promises of ship dates
"I used to use these guys years ago and they were a low-cost leader, and I never had an issue - products were fine and turn-around time was great. However, I recently placed an order for 100 presentation folders (first order I placed in probably 4 years), and here we are 7 weeks later, and they are still giving me the run-around as to why my folders haven't printed yet, with lots of failed promises of ship dates. I just read recent reviews about them and every single one was 1-star. I'm a designer and mostly use trade printers, but Overnight Prints had a substantially lower price on their folders than even my trade printers. Now I'm regretting using them. They said they should print by the end of the month (2 weeks from now). IF they ship then, and IF the quality is ok, I will upgrade this review to 2 stars."
