Don't offer products if you can't fulfill the order.
"Ordered a dozen of one item, received all kinds of notices about filling the order & shipping dates. Then at the last moment received a notice that due to lack of product the entire order was cancelled. Do not list the product if your not going to carry it. Did promptly refund charges, which was very nice compared to most."
