"The ordering process for OPC was a breeze! I just spent a couple of minutes on their interactive system designer and hit SEND. I also had some questions about some of the options available for hard drive configuration, so I emailed those also. Later that same day, they replied with the answers I needed. They were very patient, and were able to answer all of my questions. After I made up my mind, I finalized the order and they got to work. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I was kept up to date on the progress the entire time so I always knew where they were at. When I picked up my box, they took the time to explain the details of everything that went into the construction. Their help documentation is very thorough, as is their tech support. And if all else fails, recovery discs are provided to put you back to your original state. After a quick framerate demonstration in Quake 3, I was free to mess around with it. "Impressed" is truly an understatement. You can look at the pictures of their boxes all day, but you can't really appreciate the work that goes into them until you've seen them in real life. For the naysayers complaining about the price, you need to realize that these aren't generic parts going into the machines. These are the best parts at the best prices. You're getting an awesome machine for a relatively very low price. Needless to say, OPC will be the only place I'll consider when it's time for an upgrade."
