First time buying with Easy Massage Chair but wont be last, love it
"How I got to buy this Titan Pro Ace II from Easy Massage Chair is just pure coincidence with a live chat conversation with a real agent. I was about to buy the chair from another website but since the chair is still new in the market, there were not enough reviews. So I searched around on google and found some info for this chair on EMC website and was greeted by a store agent through live chat. He was able to help answer all my question, offered price match and no t*x with free shipping, the deal I got is a steal! I got a phone call with the agent after the live chat to confirm the order and payment. I like that I could talk to a real person when ordering and customer service followed up the next for the shipping status and curbside delivery instructions, even sent me electronic manual instruction for the chair. Basically, placing an order through EMC for the first time was a great experience, the process is easy, straight forward, and as expected. Freight company called me the day before delivery date for appointment. Its curbside delivery so this huge box sits on a wood pallet. Freight shipping time is actually faster than expected. I ordered on a Tuesday and received the chair the following Monday. I highly recommend Easy Massage Chair and I would buy again in the future."
