"I used softwareoutlet.com to send a fathers day gift. I sent the gift through their on line service four days before fathers day. I figured with their quick shipping I would have plenty of time. In fact in the comments section I wrote them and told them it was for fathers day. Three days later they contacted me and told me they were holding my order because even though the site said the software was in stock it was not so they were holding it until the order was complete. I called them and told them I needed it sent out now. They were impossible to get a hold of and after several tries they said they would get it there by the Monday after fathers day. Monday came and went and my father did not receive it. I called them again and they said they had sent it out priority mail and could not track it. After several phone calls they gave me and tracking number and they had in fact not sent it out until that Wednesday. Finally the Friday following fathers day he received his package. Working with this company was terrible. I would never use this company again and I would recommend that no one else does unless they have an indefinite amount of time for their software to arrive."
