Poor Customer Service
"I placed an order and used a Groupon that was purchased the day prior to the order. M&Ms reflected the discount on my order but charged my credit card for the entire amount. I have all the documentation and yet they refuse to refund me for the $100 Groupon. This company has poor customer service a do I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them because if you have a problem, they will not resolve it."
