"LIARS!!!!! I placed an order for a Christmas tree and paid using paypal. I've spent the last four days trying to get through Hobby Lobby's 800 number only to be given the same lie about their new warehouse problems. I've been told my order shipped out 2 day air....but it hasn't, I've been left phone messages telling me it hasn't shipped get and is still being processed, and today Ashley (a poor excuse for a manager) told me she has done everything that can be done but it still hasn't shipped. Where does this leave me?"
