"I purchased a one-carat pendant. It did not look like the pendant on the web site. I am trying to return the necklace. Since I made sure to ask the live chat representative what the return policy was, I discovered that not all items can be returned. The pendant I order is supposed to be able to be returned. Wish me luck!"
