"I needed a case that was not normally carried in the US, and Audrey was very helpful and communicative in handling the special order. I just got the zeroshock III cases and they are great, they use a foam that doesn't easily let air in/out so are very protective, since you in effect have an air cushion around your gear. Very happy and couldn't recommend more highly."
