"SHOP ELSEWHERE. I paid extra for expedited delivery on a specific date because I needed the product within a specific timeframe. The package did not arrive within the paid timeframe. Originally they said (in writing) I would be refunded for the expedite fee ("Rest assured that if you will not receive the package on 11/14. We can process a refund and only charge you for our standard delivery shipping fee.") When the package didn't arrive on time, they completely switched positions (stating, for example, "the courier bears the expense of shipment, not us" -- even though I paid them and not the courier) and refused to refund the extra fee. Gave me the runaround. I asked to speak with a manager, was told one would call me and nobody ever did. Not honorable. We have so many choices for these products, why deal with a company like this?"
