"Very shocked by some of these negative reviews. I read them before ordering, and decided to take a chance anyway...so glad I gave luggage online a chance to prove themselves! Price was amazing, my order went through with no problems, I received an email order confirmation in a very timely manner, and my order was shipped and I received it in less than a week.
