"Bought the NC 71 Smart pool pool cleaner, service seem good took about two weeks to get the product. After 6 months it stopped working. Tried several times to contact them and finally then responded and gave me a return authorization. I paid 60.00 to ship to them and after a full month contacted them and they said it was fixed. I then had to pay my return shipping another 45.00. 10 days later it arrives, I plug it in and nothing. There was no invoice in the box saying they repaired it. I called talked to Cliff and he told me he replaced the power supply and tested it. I was then passed to Joanne who never called me or answered my e mails. I then contacted Smart Pool and set it up to be sent to AZ the nearest repair station. Today they tell me the power supply is no good nor is the cord attached to the unit and the power supply is bad. There was no way that the people at pool store outlet repaired it. Stay away, buy from some people who actually have a phone number and return there calls. I am pursing this with the Florida dept. of consumer affairs, this is just a rip off."
