Poor Customer Service
"Bought a new Gravity FSX HD1 because my 20 year old Diamondback has seen better days, I am old now so I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend over 1K on a bike so I did some research and found bikes direct. I purchased the bike and it arrived after 4 days and had been damaged in shipment (FEDEX). I promptly emailed bikes direct and started a email conversation 10 days later I still have a $500 dollar bike that I can't ride unless I put another $100 into it and take time that I don't have to have it repaired. It was a gamble and I knew that going in, next time I will spend the extra money and buy a bike local and know it is correct before giving my money away. Take it for what it is worth."
