"I received an email the day I should have received my checks to inform me there was a problem with my payment. I placed the order online and all details were accurate before I submitted. When I called and finally got to a representative, I was placed on inexcusable holds twice. When "Peter" came back to the line, he apologized for the long hold only to inform me that the department I needed is closed and I would need to place my call again tomorrow. I had my email open which indicated the departments I needed would be open for another 2 hours my local time. No idea what the agent was doing all this time but it sure was not helping me. I directed Peter to just cancel my order as the price was crazy but at the time, I was willing to pay it for what I wanted. Now, I wouldn't take the checks if they were free.
