"Sometimes it's not perfection that gains you a great rating - it's how you deal with imperfection. My desktop's twin graphics cards caused some considerable difficulties - no fault of Maingear, just faulty cards. It was just bad luck that it was both of them, because it slowed the diagnostic process down a lot. Once Maingear figured out the issue, they immediately sent me a new card to replace the ones that were not working - and were kind enough to offer a small discount on a new laptop, too. The system now works beautifully - I run highly-intensive editing software and it has never let me down since the replacement card was issued.
