"Selection, store, and layout is fantastic, but we decided to purchase a few accessories and the process took about 30 minutes. We asked where we could check out with the vases we were purchasing and we were directed to the front desk. When we got to the front desk we were told they couldn't do that and we needed to find a salesperson (there are dozens roaming the place with purses, portfolios, and tablets). They didn't seem to want to be bothered with such small potatoes compared to a furniture sale. When we finally got someone, it was an absolutely unbelievably complicated process which involved them scanning the tags with their smartphone, someone else coming up and taking the vases away for about 15 minutes to wrap them, the salesperson taking down name, address, phone, blood type, etc., then going away for 10 minutes or more to enter all that and print an invoice, come back to get our credit card, go away for another 5 minutes, and then come back and bag up the vases. Geesh! Next time we'll just see if we can find them online and save everyone the hassle! For furniture, I'd imagine they know what they're doing. For accessories, I don't know, try Pier 1, Home Goods, Kirklands, or anyone else who is set up to efficiently process a sale and just browse Furnitureland South."
