"I ordered 3 Star War Action Figures as part of my 5 year old grandson's Christmas. The order was placed 12-5-05. I have not received anything as of today Feb.21,2005. My visa card has been billed. I requested a credit on my card if they could not deliver the merchandise. I have heard nothing from them. My credit card has not been credited. I tried calling them, but their mailbox was full. That doesn't surprise me. Evidently they are dodging the customers. I am a senior with limited income and 23.00 might not be a lot to some, but it's pretty much to me.
The worst thing is that my little grandson was disappointed Christmas because I had promised him Santa would bring the action figures to him."
