"IdealShape has saved my life! I have a number of health issues and am facing my 8th major surgery in 5 years. One factor in a successful, long-term recover was weight loss. I have tried so many times to lose and failed. I discussed a supplement plan with my doctor. All the plans through the hospitals were just too expense for my budget. I did my research and found great reviews for IdealShape. I compared nutritional info against hospital plans and they were the same. I decided I would give IdealShape a try.
I began my journey on 10/5/15 and as of today (11/11/2015)I have lost 31 lbs!!!! I began at 194 and am now at 163. The weight difference is huge in the fact that I am only 5 ft 1 in tall!! I no longer wear 18 and 20 sizes but have 14 and even size 12! I feel great, have more energy to play with my 2 and 5 year-old grand daughters and have such a better self-image!
The best surprise is the great taste! Most of the shakes you purchase have that chalky taste and I was fearful of the same with IdealShape. I love the package I purchased that Included Vanilla, Chocolate, Mocha and Strawberry. I've let friends try them to get them on the band wagon!
In closing the personal touch for me is the emails with hints and suggestions. It's everything I could hope for and so much more! My goal is another 30 by the end of 2015 before my surgery and I know I'll get there with IdealShape!!"
